Jackie Schmoll, CPT. Co-owner & Instructor.
Jackie has always loved fitness and sports. Jackie played Division 1 Field Hockey at The University of Maryland, College Park (UMD). She was part of the 1999 Division 1 National Championship Team. In 2001, Jackie began distance running and ran Cross Country and Track & Field at UMD until 2002. From 2002-2003, Jackie was the Assistant Coach of the UMD Cross Country Team. She has continued to run competitively from 2003 until the present. Her favorite distances are 5k, 10k, 10 mile, Half Marathon, and Marathons (she has run 5!).
In 2006 Jackie and Steve Schmoll married and in 2008 had their first baby. Jackie ran and lifted weights throughout her entire pregnancy, including the day she went into labor! Becoming a mom helped Jackie to realize that there is no better time to do what you have dreamed of than today!
