Hi everyone! We've had great turnout at class over the past several weeks and I hope to keep seeing our new faces each week! New class day and time is now Mondays from 6-6:45PM at Grand Haven Park on the corner of Pineda Causeway Extension and Estuary. Moms and dads can bring their kids to play in the park while we work out. As usual, Boot Camp class incorporates a blend of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Crossfit, P90X, total body circuit training, kettleballs and body weight conditioning. Come out to class in Melbourne, FL for an awesome workout of head to toe fitness!

Welcome to Get Moving! Join us for a small group personal training class that includes cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and exercises are tailored to each person. One-on-one and group personal training appointments are also available. Classes are held throughout Brevard County, Florida. We also welcome local businesses, schools, and churches to host a group fitness class onsite.
