For the rest of December and January, most classes will be held on Sundays from 4:30-5:30 PM. This will allow us to perform our workouts safely during daylight. Please like our facebook page for up-to-date information on scheduling!

10-15 burpees
20 mountain climbers (each leg)
20 jump squats (or 10 jump squats + 10 air squats or 20 air squats)
run 200 m
1 minute rest and repeat x 3
